RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns:

There is perfection in imperfection. All our products are handcrafted with love and we pack them with utmost care. As a brand policy we do not accept return of products once sold. If in any case there is any damage in transit, you need to email us the pictures at admin@siyasouvenirs.com within the first 48 hours of receiving it.

Exchanges:

We allow exchanges only if there is a genuine manufacturing defect or the product was damaged in transit. A pick up will be done from our side. Reshipping will be borne by us. You need to exchange the product from the same category. The product has to be in unused condition. If found to be used we will strictly not accept it.
